F1
After these 3 continuous days working for Key events, MY LEGS ARE NOW IN AGONY!!!! But for the pay we are given, I guess I can't really complain. Plus we indirectly got to watch the F1 for free!!Speaking of F1, I do not understand what's the big hype about this race event :/
I mean in the beginning it was quite exciting. You can see all the different cars at the starting point with their engines roaring loudly waiting to go! But 5min into race, it gets.... boring. It's the same scene over and over again for the next 2hrs - cars zooming past every other 30sec. Can't imagine that there are people who actually paying like $1.2k(?) to watch it from the Grandstand. -_-
I would say the highlight of the F1 was when one of the cars caught fire. Everyone went "O_O" including me. Because the part of the track where he stopped was directly infront of us, so we could see all the crew running towards the car and putting it out. Not forgetting the fact that Lewis Hamilton was out of the race. Quite funny cause everyone was expecting him to win either 1st/2nd/3rd position.
And initially I was thinking why almost every guests requests for earplugs, not wanting to hear the "authentic" noise of the cars. Later did I know it was fucking noisy and loud!!!! Especially every time the the door opens, everyone sitting/standing near the door gets the FULL impact. And it's NOT tolerable at all. So you either be a moron and cover your ears everytime the car zooms by, or squish those earplugs in your ears.
