My Naruto sketch for Design and Illustration class on Friday. :))
His eyes are screwed... and the shading is kinda fail too butttttt I think it is decent enough to put up! Especially since it's my first time attempting to sketch an anime character.
Initially I was like "wtf we have to sketch and draw in this class?!?!", but later on I realized that sketching is rather therapeutic in some ways. Makes me all happy and calm.

So today Keefe and I made an impromptu trip to AFAX. And we're going again tomorrow to make our $8 worth it! Hahaha. Anyway, since we was there already I really wanted to buy something. Or at least try my luck at the gashapon machines. So we decided on this really cute Naruto machine, because all the rest were quite boring and ugly.
And at that time there was 2 uncles refilling the machine with more balls (more chances) so we went to get change coins and went back there.
Me: Okay I go first or you?
K: Me! I hope I get Kakashi!!! *chants some rubbish and rubs the machine*
He turns the knob, a ball rolls out....... and K GOT KAKASHI! *jealous*
Me: ...... shittttt lah. What if I don't get what I want.
K: Come let me help you, I impart my magic.
Me: -_- okay whatever, let's just do this.
I turn the knob, and..................
Me: OMG I CANNOT SEE WHAT IS THIS. *runs towards the uncle at the cashier to help me open*
UNCLE WHAT IS IT? Is it Naruto?!
Uncle: Eh yaaa I think so. Got yellow hair.
Me: OMG AHHHHHH YES!! :D
Random guy beside him: Let me see. It's not him lah, it's his dad Minato!
Me: Huh!?! *dissappointed* WHY IS HE INSIDE?!
Random guy: There! It's on the gashapon picture what.
Me: ...............
So the uncle ask me to try another time, and promised to give me what I want even if I don't get it. So I went for it.
*insert coins*
*takes deep breath*
*turns knob*
KNOB GETS STUCK WTF.

So the uncle came and released the stuck coin, and made me try my luck again. So I was like NO DAD NO DAD PLS NOT THE DAD. And guess what?
I GOT HIS DAD AGAIN. -________-
But in the end the uncle went to dig out a Naruto ball for me. (Which is like 1 out of 10 balls!) So I left as a happy kid hehe.
